Sponsorship and Advertising Opportunities

 

 As an advertiser or  sponsor, you will receive exposure to many nail polish and beauty brand enthusiasts, brand owners, volunteers, bloggers, and media on the day of the event, as well as social media promotion. Your support for this inaugural event is greatly appreciated, and will help us put on an amazing show that will be a yearly event as well as have an impact on the amount that we can donate to Mount Sinai Breast Center, as part of our Paint It Forward program.

ADVERTISEMENT OPPORTUNITIES

1.  Product Donation for the Silent Auction and VIP bag contributions.

We are very excited to be launching Paint It Forward, which is a platform dedicated to raising awareness and raising money for charitable organizations, and we have selected Mount Sinai Breast Centre as our first recipient. We are purchasing a Helmer storage unit from IKEA and decorating it with holographic vinyl and holographic stickers, and filling it with products and gift cards donated by vendors and sponsors, as well as putting together a few smaller individual auction packages.  This is the perfect opportunity to get your product directly into the hands of the attendees, including customers and wholesale buyers, as well as displayed all day on the silent auction tables.  All products will be on display at the event, and the silent auction will begin at 12:00pm and end at 5:30pm. The highest bidders will be announced, and must take their winnings with them that day. 100% of the money from the silent auctions will be donated to Mount Sinai Marvelle Koffler Breast Centre in Toronto.
Those who donate product or gift cards to the silent auction will also have the opportunity to place product samples or coupons in the VIP bags, or coupons in the Early Entry level bags for attendees. You will also be acknowledged on the Indie Expo Canada website, and on our social media platforms.

2.  Event Program Advertising

Get your brand's advertisement into the hands of every single person who attends the vending event on Sunday June 4th.
  • ¼ page colour ad- $35
  • ½ page colour ad- $50
  • Full page colour ad- $80
 

3.  Advertisements on LED Video Monitors inside the main event

We have three 42 inch LED monitors inside the event space, for advertising and promotional purposes. Each monitor will have its own slide presentation and it will loop all day. This is a fantastic way to have your logo or products seen by attendees and media all day. Pricing as follows:
  • Your logo displayed for 5 seconds per rotation on ONE (1) 42 inch LED monitor inside the event (the slide show loops all day) - $15
  • Your logo displayed for 5 seconds per rotation on TWO (2) 42 inch LED monitors inside the event (the slide show loops all day) - $25
  • Your logo displayed for 5 seconds per rotation on THREE (3) 42 inch LED monitors inside the event (the slide show loops all day) - $35
  • Single image of your choice displayed for 5 seconds per rotation on ONE (1) 42 inch LED monitor inside the event space. Still shots only. Text overlay limited to your logo or URL. (the slide show loops all day)-- $10 per image
  • Single image of your choice displayed for 5 seconds per rotation on TWO (2) 42 inch LED monitor inside the event space. Still shots only. Text overlay limited to your logo or URL. (the slide show loops all day)-- $15 per image (the same image will be displayed on two monitors)
  • Single promo graphic of your choice with no text restrictions, displayed for 5 seconds per rotation on ONE (1) 42 inch LED monitor, inside the event space. Still images only. $15 each
  • Single promo graphic of your choice with no text restrictions, displayed for 5 seconds per rotation on TWO (2) 42 inch LED monitors, inside the event space. Still images only. $25 each(the same image will be displayed on two monitors)
  • One (1) 30 second video clip displayed in rotation on ONE (1) 42 inch LED monitor inside the event space. This can be a motion video clip or a 30 second slide show, with or without a text overlay. No audio. $60 each
  • Dedicated 42 inch LED monitor and floor stand. You must submit a completed slide show of your choice on a USB key for approval. The slide show can include stills, video and text images. No audio. $1000

1. Presentation Room Sponsorship

    We are pleased to be offering several educational workshops for entrepreneurs, brand owners, and bloggers on Saturday June 3rd. Our presenters will be speaking on a variety of topics including but not limited to, the blogger/brand relationship, brand authenticity and your point of difference, navigating social media and the importance of engagement, starting a blog or monetizing your blog, advertising on line, getting your product on shelves in stores, and branching out into the world of wholesale. Tickets will be available to all event attendees for the presentations, and 100% of the ticket money will be donated to Mount Sinai.

      2. Polish Making Workshop Sponsorship
      We are very excited to be offering a beginner’s polish making workshop on Saturday June 3rd hosted by several of our amazing Indie polish makers, where participants will be guided through the process of designing, mixing, bottling and labeling their own custom nail polishes. Tickets to attend this event will be available to everyone (kids too!) Seating is limited.

       3. Speaker’s Panel Sponsorship: $200

      We have a panel of brand owners and bloggers scheduled in the main event room on Sunday June 4th, who will be discussing Indie beauty business and their role in the industry explosion. It will also include a Q&A session, and will be live streamed on Instagram and Facebook.
