We are very excited to announce that tickets for Indie Expo Canada will be available on Sunday April 02 at 2 pm Eastern at www.indie-expo-canada-2017.eventbrite.ca

TICKET LEVELS

$75 VIP Ticket includes:

One (1) shopping bag containing full sized and/or mini product samples from event vendors and/or sponsors valued at (at least) $100, various coupons from event vendors, and an event brochure *All VIP bags may not be identical in content, but will be of the same value.
One (1) VIP bracelet (this will be given to you at the event when you check in)
Admittance for one (1) person starting at 12:00 noon (with check in time beginning NO SOONER than 11:00)

$100 VIP Bundle Ticket includes: The VIP bundle Ticket is designed for those who want a VIP swag bag and may be bringing a friend or partner who does not want a VIP swag bag. This way you can both enter the event at the same time during VIP access at 12pm

One (1) shopping bag containing full sized and/or mini product samples from event vendors and/or sponsors valued at (at least) $100, various coupons from event vendors, and an event brochure *All VIP bags may not be identical in content, but will be of the same value.
One (1) VIP bracelet (this will be given to you at the event when you check in)
One (1) shopping bag containing various coupons from event vendors and/or sponsors, one (1) 12pm admittance bracelet, and an event brochure (no product samples) *The 12pm admittance bracelet that comes with the VIP Bundle Ticket is to be used by the VIP bundle ticket holders friend or partner to enter at the same time as the VIP ticket holder. If your friend or partner does not check in at the same time as you during VIP check in, you will be given their shopping bag and their 12:00 admittance bracelet, and will be responsible for giving it to them when they arrive. They must have the bracelet to enter the event. You may leave the event hall to bring it to them when they arrive.
Admittance for two (2) people starting at 12:00 noon (with check in time beginning NO SOONER than 11:00)

$30 Early Access Ticket includes:

One (1) shopping bag containing various coupons from event vendors and/or sponsors, and an event brochure
One (1) Early Access bracelet (this will be given to you at the event when you check in)
Admittance for one (1) person starting at 1:00pm (with check in time beginning NO SOONER than 12:00 noon)

$20 General Admission Ticket includes:

One (1) shopping bag and an event brochure
Admittance for one (1) person starting at 2:00pm (with check in time beginning NO SOONER than 1:00 pm)

$10 Kids Admission Ticket includes:

Admittance for one (1) child (12 and under) with parent or adult guardian, at the same time as their adult guardian’s ticket entry time. Children aged 2 and under are free.
ALL CHILDREN MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT AT ALL TIMES

All ticket prices include access to scheduled tutorials, however purchase of a ticket does not guarantee a spot at a table for tutorials. Seating is limited. Pre-registration will be required to guarantee a seat. Registration information can be found at a later date at indieexpocanada.com/pages/sunday.

All ticket prices include access to the speaker’s panel, however purchase of a ticket does not guarantee a seat to listen to the speaker’s panel. Seating is limited and will be on a first come first served basis. The speaker’s panel schedule will be announced at indieexpocanada.com/pages/Sunday at a later date.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE ORDERING TICKETS

Tickets are NON REFUNDABLE. Please ensure your email address is correct when purchasing. Tickets and confirmations will be sent via email to the address provided.

Tickets are transferable. To transfer tickets, you MUST EDIT THE TICKET information after purchase with the other person’s name. Ticket transfers are done between the ticket seller and buyer. Indie Expo Canada will NOT be involved in this process. Tickets can be transferred up to the day before the event.

You must bring your printed ticket with you to check in at the event.

You will only be allowed in at the time your ticket specifies. No Exceptions.

VIP Ticket holders will be required to have their printed ticket and show photo ID to claim their VIP swag bag.

ONE VIP BAG PER PERSON. This applies no matter how many VIP Tickets you have. Valid ID must be presented to claim VIP Bag. No exceptions.

ALL CHILDREN MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT AT ALL TIMES.

Due to space limitations strollers, wagons or shopping carts will not be permitted on the showroom floor. Indie Expo Canada will not be responsible for the storage of items not permitted.

Hyatt Regency Toronto is fully accessible.

We do not have a discount with any particular hotel in the area.

Ticket prices do not include refreshments. Food purchases can be made in the hotel restaurant or at any of the many surrounding establishments.

All product prices will be in Canadian currency.

All purchases at the event will be subject to 13%HST tax.
